Evangelist DeMarlon J. Nixon was saved and filled with the Holy Ghost at the age of 14, while attending Camp Meeting in Tioga, La at the Louisiana District United Pentecostal Church Camp Grounds.  At the age of 18 he accepted his call to preach the Gospel and he began working in the ministry.  Min. Nixon's ministry was built on a solid foundation, "the Word of God", and a Spirit of Excellence.  Min. Nixon has held a number of positions while working in the ministry such as: Youth Leader, Sunday School Director and Teacher, Outreach Leader, Minister’s Department Leader, Prayer Chairman, Media Ministry, Assistant Pastor and Assoicate Pastor.

Min. Nixon is a licensed minister of the Gospel with the United Pentecostal Church International.  He received his standard education in the Calcasieu Parish Public School System, Lake Charles, Louisiana.  He has held license with the Church of God In Christ (COGIC), and has had extensive training through the Evangelical Training Association (ETA), under the leadership and teaching of Dr. J.W. Moore, with the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World (PAW).

God has blessed Min. Nixon with a beautiful wife, Lady Katrina W. Nixon, who works along side him in the ministry.  The Nixon's have one daughter. 

In 2006, the Nixon's founded Chain Breaker Ministries, "an evangelistic outreach ministry".  Through prayer meetings, Bible studies, and revival services, Chain Breaker Ministries is reaching right into the heart of communities and homes of people. 

The Nixon's are members of Eastwood United Pentecostal Church in Lake Charles, Louisiana (www.eastwoodcares.com), under the leadership of Pastor Aaron and Sis. Vonnie Lopez.  

The Nixon’s  reside in Iowa, Louisiana and are active on the evangelistic field. 

Min. Nixon has a unique anointing that ushers people into the presence of God.  He preaches messages that are Bold, Challenging, and Life Changing.  Preaching that God is concerned about them and He will not leave them in the position they are in. 

Proclaiming to all that Jesus is “Breaking the Chains in Peoples Lives”.
