Chains are used for confining and securing. A chain is often used as a symbol of oppression or punishment. Chains come in many different shapes, sizes and colors, but most are used for the confining of someone or something. The Bible refers to chains as being fetters,

meaning to restrain movement.

In the times we now live in, many people are bound with chains. It is possible that some people are not even aware they are bound by chains. John 8: 32-36, relates that Jews felt they were never in bondage because they were descendants of Abraham.  Jesus assured them that whoever commits sin, is a slave to sin. Sin will always bring bondage to our lives and causes us to be chained to the results or consequences, of our actions. The trials of life, disappointments, abuse, neglect, addictions, un-forgiveness, and poverty are a few of the things that can cause mankind to be in chains. 

It's Satan's goal to keep mankind in bondage,

 chained to their problems, situations and failures.

Chain Breaker Ministries is a ministry that is reaching right into the heart of communities and homes of people. Telling and showing them that JESUS is the Chain Breaker! All hope is not lost. You may feel you're in bondage, but Jesus wants to break those chains. Paul and Silas "Acts 16: 25-26" prayed and sang to God in jail.  God sent an earthquake, shook the foundations of the prison, and opened all doors. Everyone's chains were broken.
